With Covid restrictions lifted, a few weeks ago I was anxious to get across the border and ride my motorbike in the States again. Like an idiot, I didn't pay close attention to my front tire and once in Whitefish realized it was getting dangerously worn. I was fortunate enough to encounter Rick in the Service Department who went out of his way to locate a tire for me which was apparently an unusual size. Given the supply chain issues, he managed to locate one in California and have it shipped up although it would take a couple of days. Rick gave me his personal cell number so I could keep in contact and update me as to the arrival of the new tire. As soon as it arrived, he ensured my bike was in immediately and within 45 minutes I was ready to again. I really appreciate what Rick did for me to ensure I got safely on the road again as quick as possible and I found all the staff there generally very friendly and helpful. A grateful Canadian.

Best experience Ive had getting parts in the valley. The guys and gals at fast toys got my parts fast, didnt make promises they couldnt keep, and helped me every step of the way getting my boat up and surfing FAST!!

I had never been in the shop before last week when I stopped in order to find a helmet and gloves. I was helped by Shelby and she was WONDERFUL! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for ( helmet, gloves, boots and Plexus). She was patient, knowledgeable, and even helped me carry my things to my car. I work in hospitality and know great customer service when I see it. Bravo!

I rode from Michigan to Glacier and my rear tire was done when I got there. I scheduled the change for next morning and my motorcycle went promptly in. The price was right and they even washed my bike. Very friendly staff.

I went on a ride through Glacier Nat'l park, and lost a nut securing my front exhaust pipe flange. Sounded like I blew the engine.........I arrived shortly after they closed on a Friday night, and as I sat there with my riding buddy wondering where I'd be able to go, the doors opened up and they asked if I needed anything......they found the part I needed in the back and were going to send me on my way, so I felt compelled to still buy something to show my gratitude.......awesome display of kindness when I was in need. Many would have just hidden in the back and waited for us to move on. Can't recommend them enough!

Walked in with a million questions and they answered them all! The staff really knows their business and it shows. They walked us through the gear we needed to have fun and be safe....not just attempting to sell us anything. They even called us the next day. This is our new store for toys and gear. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a new 2024 Kawasaki UTV , the new building is gorgeous , the inventory is good , the staff is most helpful ,willing to answer all questions , and give you time to really check out machines . They also give you time to think which is nice . We did a trade in and were treated fairly , I would recommend this business to any people seeking products that they sell. It was Gordon who was our sales person and Sheree who helped do the financing . The lady in the parts department was wonderful too. We had our machine delivered to us within a couple hours after signing , which is impressive because they added a snow plow to machine . Our delivery address was about 15 miles from Kalispell store over snow covered roads . Thank you all.
